About us
Porsche eBike Performance GmbH develops and produces pioneering drive systems under two brands at the company's location in Ottobrunn near Munich: compact lightweights from FAZUA for agile e-bikes that create an exceptionally natural riding experience, and in future also particularly powerful drive systems under the Porsche brand name. FAZUA is a young, ambitious brand that turned the bicycle industry on its head in 2017 with a completely new, innovative drive system for lightweight, agile (and good-looking) e-bikes. We have been part of Porsche eBike Performance GmbH since July 2022. Our diverse, open, progressive (and fun) team is looking forward to new inspiring talents who want to shape the future of e-bike technology and establish a new bike culture with us.
Your Tasks
- You will develop and design training materials for our Porsche and FAZUA e-bike drives
- As part of the service team, consisting of the Customer Support, Repair, Field Support and Parts departments, you will be responsible for ensuring a uniformly high level of knowledge regarding our product portfolio, which can be consistently communicated to external stakeholders such as bicycle dealers and manufacturers via various communication channels
- You will be the interface to our content creators to develop and implement comprehensible training for our internal departments such as Field Service and Customer Support
- Your task also pursues the goal of preparing a holistic self-service offer for our e-bike drives
- You will also be responsible for the content of the help centre area of the consumer website and the B2B dealer portal with the self-service areas and the online training course
- Your market-orientated approach is crucial for building knowledge in the specialist bike trade and OEM sales force

Your Profile
- You have a degree in education or equivalent professional experience in order to prepare complex learning content in a way that is appropriate for the target group and to present it in a didactically perfect way
- You have an excellent eye for design and are proficient in common image editing and presentation creation programmes
- You also have a basic understanding of technology
- Ideally, you have experience in the bicycle industry and a great passion for biking
- You are characterised by market-oriented thinking and excellent communication skills
