I am a successful mechanical engineer with 6 years of experience in R&D and project management. In my personal characteristics, I would like to highlight the points which are useful to companies and not everyone truly has them. Those are: being idealist, innovative, researcher, courageous, and decisive. These features allow me to be one of the most wanted in my profession. The desire and motivation to produce something was always in me and this was effective in my choice of engineering. My interest in research and learning new things led me to work in the R&D department. Because it is a tremendous thing for me to imagine and then calculate and design something and see the product produced. Being a part of the think tank in the production process of the product is the most exciting part of the R&D department for me. Therefore, I experience every day that the R&D department is the most suitable work area for me.
