• Customer-facing Project Manager and Product Manager role responsible for implementing custom solutions in digital wallets, Mobile application, Issuing, Acquiring, and Financial domain from the Requirement phase to Go-live phase, within agreed scope, timeline, and budget. • Deliver and manage full project/ product lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall framework. • Work with Product owners in creating and developing product roadmap based on customer’s feedback and new market trends.

• Act as a single point of contact for Clients and internal Product and Engineering teams in providing Project management guidance and for successful implementation of Projects within agreed Scope, Time and Cost. • Create and maintain standard Project deliverable for each project phase and lifecycle. • Facilitate and drive the release of products and solutions into production environments and support Operational handover up to the BAU phase.

Manage Visa key client’s accounts and projects in India and Asia market. Operational BAU support and project delivery and cost management sand support Data center migration . Implemented Forex travel and Multicurrency Prepaid solutions for major banks in India & Asia.

Responsible for client project implementation and relationship management. Manage day to day project activities and organize and conduct project status call and present overall project status to internal and client Senior management team. Implemented and managed CIMB Debit issuance and ATM driving solutions.
