• Lead Logistics Team (3 operator) and set PC&L objectives for new projects. • Maintained Production Control and Logistics Targets • Manage PC&L Processes such as Ramp Up, Production Plan, Reception & Shipments. • Interfaced with all appropriate Program Management, Engineering, Launch and Plant personnel to proactively manage relevant items, contain costs, ensure Customer and timelines/milestones are met, supplier and plant issues addressed • Monitor performance and implement improvement actions

• Establish packaging budget at new Program launces • Maintain Supply Chain Cost Targets • Interface with all appropriate Faurecia Program Management, Engineering, Launch and Plant personnel to proactively manage relevant items, contain costs, ensure Customer and Faurecia timelines/milestones are met, supplier and plant issues addressed

• Support Logistics Supply Chain and Packaging operations • Contribute transport, logistics and packaging efficiency by implementing Improvement projects. • Calculate the cost of the entire supply chain process as well as controlling and optimizing costs in the development phase. • Create the property segment, reviews and regular project status reporting to the project team and to the Program Manager and the Head of Supply Chain. • Set the Logistic & Supply Chain Budget.

• Manage Logistics and supply chain operations for Ford programs • Supervise plant Logistics team and suppliers in pre-serial production process • Define logistic and supply chain, purchasing scopes in programs • Primary contact for customers regarding logistics of current • Define storage requirements, establish external warehouses • Control logistics investments and implementations • Define specifications of packaging with suppliers and customers • Prepare specifications for purchasing department

• Define and develop logistics and supply chain hypotheses (material flow, preliminary data processing and cost forecasting) • Integrate midterm strategy defining impact on logistics & production • Primary contact for customer regarding logistics of current & future projects • Define the storage requirements, Control implementation of logistics means • Define specifications of packaging with our suppliers and customers • Define export plans & produce flowcharts

• Coordinate the Production Control, Logistics Improvement Projects (such as Mini Train, Milk Run, Standard Work, BOP, Kaizen, Cost Reduction)
