    P&L responsability of the Global Service organization comprising of sales, proposal, project execution, commissioning and service agreements with clients along with a pool of supervisors and blue color workers. Established a business plan for growth and implemented. As I was promoted tether quickly, I ensured through my new VP Service that the plan was executed. Growth of 60% obtained from approx. 60 mill to 100 mill in turnover and a margin improvement of 50%.

Task was to establish Danware on the Asian market through agents, partners and own offices along with maintaining and growing the business in UK. Results: A partner canal was established throughout APAC becoming a main supplier in Japan, China, Malaysia among others and a multi million turnover established.
