Developing strategic concepts for the growth of the company Evaluating market studies & customer surveys for potential acquisitions Implementing a process for the definition / review of the Avnet TS EMEA strategies Implementing a reporting tool for the controlling of sales areas of Avnet TS EMEA Facilitating the annual EMEA conferences to define future development of Avnet TS EMEA Implementing a SOX aligned variable compensation to improve employee satisfaction
