Worked in the Online Marketing, Branding & Product Management teams responsible for 9 subsidiaries worldwide. Helped achieve a fast successful product launch in two major European markets within 3 months. Aided in the development of new & existing product brands, e.g. the creation of promotional product information, product names & slogans. Market, competitor & target group analysis. Wrote long & short copy + head & sub lines for new websites.

Created a bespoke CRM system from scratch in less than 4 months, e.g. creation of a practical client database infrastructure using VBA and MS Excel. Edited and published newsflashes/newsletters. Reviewed and edited RFPs. Assisted external Marketing Specialist with various marketing materials. Created a booklet of standards and practices for the CEE Relationship Management team.
