Project sourcing management within procurement dealing manly with: the introduction of alternative supplier or component for cost reduction, qualities issues, strategy change etc, introduction of new marketing project ,Evaluate the supplier readiness status y using PIQ process (PPAP) as in automotive. ( Opex green belt), Commodities followed: plastic injeection, steel, gas system, eps on cost reduction activities, quality issue , new project, tool movements, availability issue etc.

Full responsibility on commodity sourcing strategic strategy, negotiation, forecast and budget preparation and commodity risk management, handling more than 60Mil€ turnover. Constantly in touch with R&D and plants supporting them on follow-up activities and I also help marketing area in the allocation of the new projects., saving project.
