As Program Manger I am responsible for coordination, support and escalation of all departments in the project (Sales, Engineering, Quality, logistic, Finance, Purchasing, test/validation) and our 3 manufacturing plants (Poland, Rumania, Morocco). I am also profit and loss responsible for the project. As a Site Manager I am the Customer main contact for Delphi and responsible for, staff, budget, purchasing, landlord question and maintenance of the office.

Over all responsible for all Engineering activities in the EuCD platform for Volvo cars. Responsible for engineering in customer price negotiations, and task force leader during production launch.

As responsible for a wire harness you are involved in the customer development and adapt the design for our production plant (Turkey). As Application you are also responsible for the cost reduction work and implementation of the product in the customer vehicle.

Responsible for devlopment and adaption of the Saab 93 harnesses for our production (Spain).
