SCH: Coordination of the planning process. Volume allocation. Lead time reduction. From a plant oriented planning to a central planning setup. Systems from a disperse to an integrated configuration, implementing enhanced systems with the ERP (JDE). WCP, Q, Technical and EHS: Road Mapping, SPC, Standard QC Plan, 6 Sigma training.

Plant Manager of a Site of 125 people and 18 millions € of turnover, 25% export market, customers in Spain, UK, France, and Francophone countries like Ivory Coast, Madagascar, and Ghana. Responsible of production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, sales administration, quality, EHS, finance and human resources
