I lead a teams of experts in product development, creating innovative solutions to remove carbon from the atmosphere and store it into green products. With a Dr.-Ing. degree in Materials Engineering and over 7 years of experience in R&D and product development, I have a strong background in fabrication processes of metals, polymers, ceramics, and composites. My mission is to bridge the gap between customer requirements, market expectations, and technical feasibility, overseeing the entire development cycle from ideation to industrialization. I am passionate about bringing people and ideas together, fostering a collaborative and creative environment for my team. I am also a problem solver and a communicator and have generated and protected intellectual property (>40 patent applications so far) for a multitude of products and technologies. I have a deep intercultural and international experience, having worked and studied in different countries and adapted to diverse cultural settings.
