Im Jahr 2011 war ich für die Entwicklung einer neuen Software verantwortlich, die meiner Überzeugung entsprach, Lean Management mit der Digitalisierung zu verknüpfen, um die betrieblichen Abläufe im Gesundheitswesen zu optimieren. Diese Software mit dem Namen HotFlo hat sich bewährt und so gründete ich 2019 mit zwei anderen das Unternehmen XIMIUS.
