Leading the implementation of program and project standards across the entire Product organization. Training team members on industry best practices and how to use project management standards and tools to plan, execute, monitor, and close initiatives. Acting as program manager on initiatives such as implementing estimation systems across Agile teams, developing companywide communication strategies, creating a single source of truth for the company product roadmap, and more.

Leading restructuring of project lifecycle, redefining roles and responsibilities for cross-functional groups, and rethinking of all processes relating to program and project management. Acting as lead Project Manager for all initiatives relating to Personal Lines products. This work involves collaboration with external vendors, business strategy teams, and engineering groups.

Reported to VP of Web Sales and led department communication strategy. Built high visibility roadmaps used across the company. Evaluated processes to streamline production for engineering, QA, content creation, and leadership teams. Collaborated with subject matter experts to assess opportunities and determine where to allocate resources. Adhered to project governance as established by the PMO throughout project life cycles, and educated team members on the purpose and methods of these processes.

Worked as project manager for all front end web development requests for both US and Canada. Oversaw development schedule in collaboration with IT groups. Managed incoming creative requests, working with requesting teams to create project scope and plan. Examples include sponsorship campaigns, website UX updates, SEO content, and brand refresh content. Implemented PM tool Wrike across four teams to improve workflows and transparency. Rolled out Slack across multiple teams and trained leadership in usage.

Led the operations for all of content production and delivery for the new ITVS website launch completely on budget. The full website redesign and rebuild involved five internal teams and two third-party firms. Performed copywriting and copy editing for the new website and collaborated with a freelance copywriter to develop the new company brand voice.

Restructured the design and ordering processes for all promotional items and built new partnerships with vendors and SAAS providers. Through my efforts the company saved over $1,000,000 in marketing costs in 2016. Took initiative to expand the role by working closely with the Content and Social Media teams. Performed real-time community management across social channels and helped develop a content marketing strategy. Led the integration of a new PM system across five teams.

Managed marketing campaigns by coordinating the design and creation of marketing materials by third party agencies and partner organizations. Additionally, I assisted directors with the major company rebranding process by gathering inventory of all branded items, budgeting costs, and delivering updated materials to all teams and international offices.

Collaborated with product development teams to implement user feedback in updates to the platform and streamline the response process for all user complaints and questions. I utilized my French speaking and writing skills to answer international support tickets and approve language updates to the desktop and mobile webpages.

Organized fundraising events ranging from 15 to 200 attendees by leading a team of twenty people to plan agenda, secure venues and security, and solicit support from donors. I created and maintained the campaign's social media pages by posting about current issues and advertising participation opportunities. Additionally, I staffed the candidate at multiple fundraising events and at public appearances such as the SF Pride Parade, and the California Democratic Convention.

Organized and assisted the Senator's staff with office work including scheduling events, researching PR opportunities, and creating daily reports summarizing constituent comments and complaints from mail and phone call communications.
