The Delivery Manager I’m is responsible for the delivery of major enablers (products and services) for the Open Banking and Customer Preferences agenda across multiple markets primarily with focus on enabling the API ecosystem for both internal and external development communities and 3rd party entities. This involves co-ordination and delivery of complex products and services leveraging cross functional teams in an agile context.

- Day-to-day management of projects for web and mobile applications development - Team members coaching, SCRUM methodology practical aspects training; - Analysis of requirements and risks for company future projects and transformations; - Resources allocation and management; - Detailed status reporting to Board members.

- Day-to-day management of projects for mobile applications development (Projects types: Gamification Business logic, Loyalty programs, IoT); - Team members coaching, SCRUM methodology practical aspects training; - Analysis of requirements and risks for company future projects; - Resources allocation and management; - Detailed status reporting to Board members.

- Day-to-day management of engineering, design and quality assurance teams; - Ensuring on-time, high quality delivery of software components to company global client base; - Shaping project best practices & continual process improvement across engineering/QA teams; - Overseeing infrastructure and capacity planning processes; - Providing advice and guidance to other team members.

- Relationship management to key stakeholders related to the projects; - Coaching and challenging project team members in a collaborative style; - Define high level and detailed Business requirements; - Identify project risks and opportunities; - Provide constructive recommendations to the team and to the client; - New products and solutions development and consulting.

- Driving of profitable innovations by collaborating with the all countries teams in CEE region (15 countries). - Management and Support of region/countries/customers key accounts management activities covering existing and new solutions and apps, including internal processes optimisation activities. - Oversee and maintain countries Solutions Strategies including generic & market-specific value propositions.

- IT Team management and coaching - UA market available solutions and needs analysis - IT resources demand & supply management process review - Communication to Board Members about all IT issues - Projects related IT issues solving - IT Budget for initiatives creation - New products localisation and rollout activities - Define high level and detailed Business requirements - Advice Business on best choice of IT Systems and Services - Detailed weekly status reporting to Board members

- Project managements in large scale of internal Audatex projects; - Relationship management to key stakeholders related to the projects; - Coaching and challenging project team members in a collaborative style; - Providing overall program planning and controlling focusing on milestones and critical path; - Controlling all program documentation creation accordingly documentation, procedures and best practices.

- Strong knowledge and experience in project management, methodologies, software development approaches and products; - Good experience to build project and line teams (incl. distributed team members); - Set-up of Agile (SCRUM) methodology in development team.
