Budget 200 million Euro (Sept 05-March 08) • Management of Documentation Control Department for Beijing Project (Baggage Handling System) T3 Baggage Handling System Project coordination with the Deputy Manager for Beijing Capital Airport • Supervision and monitoring of the activities related to the project, such us weekly progress, monthly reports, procedures, activities.

• Preparation and supervision of the airports bids in the Chinese market: enhancement of the current Terminal 2 of the Beijing Airport

• Preparation and supervision of the airports bids in the Chinese market: Qingdao Airport’s bid

• Responsible for Coordination, preparation and submit the Technical Specifications to Aena for SATE NAT (Phase I) • Responsible for all official documentation related to the Project to Aena • Responsible of the work distribution to the different departments of the project as the requested information for Aena • Preparation of several technical articles for technical magazines related to the SATE NAT Project • Responsible for control and coordination tasks with the rest of the Project •
