Oversaw analysis and monitoring of ongoing computer operations including batch processing on AS400. Authored/designed computer programs to accommodate clients research needs on project-by-project basis within strict deadlines. Generated specialized data analysis/statistical reports using SPSS PC/Windows. Supervised system operations and monitored activity of integrated system packages.
