- Responsibility for optimizing operational performance within the Operations based on related activity. This includes development and delivery of a strategic business improvement plan in line with organisational, Operations and Business Development priorities, focusing on delivering efficiencies and improving productivity and customer experience. - Lead role in the design, scheduling and implementation of improvement projects, systems, processes and ways of working for associates.

Deep understanding of the issues and the opportunities arising from doing business across language, culture, currency and political system boundaries. Familiarity with foreign languages and multiple cultures. In charge with planning and coordination of the operations for Bosch Service Center contact management, in 7 branches across the globe.

In charge of making sure the company’s goals are met. Making and managing plans, supervising business operations, formulating company policies, task organization, as well as other managerial duties. - Contribute to short and long term organizational planing and strategies - Development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. - Responsible for resources, budget allocation, risk management, operation margin and profitability of the projects.

Elaboration of internal quality management system documents, Internal audits coordination, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement of process, management analysis, team coordination for EN ISO 9001 :2008 certification audit; implementation and certification for Environmental management systems EN IS:2004 and Occupational Health & Safety Assessment Series OHSAS 18001:2007.
