Participate in meetings with the customer to understand customer requirements. Participate in solution design with Pre-Sales to provide best solution for the customer. Provide technical implementation, PoC, support and technical training for the following products and technologies: a) Application Delivery and WAF: F5 (LTM and ASM). b) Email Security: FortiMail. c) Anti-DDoS: Arbor PRAVAIL APS. d) Proxy: Symantec ProxySG and Symantec Web Security Service (WSS).

Participate in meetings with the customer to understand customer requirements. Participate in solution design with Pre-Sales to provide best solution for the customer. Provide technical implementation, PoC, support and technical training for the following products and technologies: a) Endpoint Security (Symantec SEP and DCS). b) Data Encryption (Symantec PGP). c) Two Factor Authentication (Entrust IDG and Gemalto Safenet). d) Next Generation Firewalls (FortiGate and PaloAlto).

Installing and configuring the company's partners products (Cisco and Brocade) and provide support to customers. Participate in meeting with customers to understand their needs and gather information (Site Survey). Participate in network design process based on gathered information from the survey. Receive complaints from customer, solve issues and follow up with the customer until they are satisfied. Explain the product, answering customer’s questions, and making demos to be convinced.

Installing and configuring the company's products (Cisco Routers and Switches, SonicWALL Firewall, Peplink Load Balancer, Elastix VoIP server, Grand-Stream IP phones, Ubiquiti Wi-Max Devices) and provide support to customers. Provide the customer with the needed support on the previously mentioned products via phone, remote session or visit as required. Receive complaints from customer, solve issues and follow up with the customer until become satisfied.
