Our base is in Hamburg and we consult with an experienced Team, which comes from infrastructure-projects, the contruction industry as well as the Wind industry and offers broad know-how in the optimization of Contract and Claims Management. Broad experience as international lawyer, both in-house and external, and in executive commercial functions and focus on developing best practices in the Energy Sector and large scale/high complexity projects, esp. Offshore Wind. Special skills: negotiation, procurement, contract and claims management in Energy (EPCI: FIDIC, Logic, BIMCO) / multi contracting in highly complex projects / project development / new business models & habitual entrepreneurship / due diligence and project interface to project finance
