As a Recruitment Intern at Storsen, my work primarily revolves around identifying and pre-selecting candidates both for us and our clients. Main responsibilities and daily challenges include using business and social media networks to find, screen and connect with potential candidates, candidate screening and performing pre-selection interviews. As Storsen is a global outsourcing provider, I work on both international and local projects from our office in Sarajevo.
