My profile involves providing analytical support to BFSI industries, Business Research and helping client in Intelligent sales.

I am working with Knowledge Management Center of Heidrick & Struggles. My primary role includes doing research on market, industries, executives and preparing various industry reports like SWOT analysis etc.

As System Analyst my primary responsibility was to act as a liaison between the employees of Convergys and the Technology team and provide resolution to all their technical problems. Timely check ups of Data Servers and documenting and reporting any technical failure issues.
