Over 18 years of combined semiconductor experience. I started as an Test Equipment Engineer and worked my way up to Sr Test Application Engineer where I am responsible for the technical, management, design, and operation. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication and coaching skills while also being proactive in ensuring the process efficiency and yield improvements requiring engineering tools and data analysis. Currently working as Test Application Engineer for various Business Units catered by TI products. Experience in leadership of cross-functional teams of Test Equipment Engineers, Manufacturing, and Planning. Solid background in multiple ATE such as Teradyne (EAGLE and IGXL), TI’s VLCLT, LTX FUSION-EX and ADVANTEST V93K. Skilled in Data Mining and Data Analysis Tools (I.e. SQL, Spotfire, Microsoft Office, VBA). Background in developing smart scripts to aide data analysis using knowledge in programming languages such as Bash, TkPerl, Linux and CShell scripts.
