- Owner of Design, FMEA and Validation plan of blade components (Ice Mitigation System, Leading Edge Protection) from its cradle to grave securing components design reliability from design to manufacturing and all the way through the entire blade lifetime. - Working on cutting edge technologies of the world largest blades together with a cross functional team of experts from different backgrounds; mechanical, material and process engineers as well as product management and sales.

- Working hands-on as an experienced engineer within (Shells and Add-ons) component area. - Working on tasks and projects owning the components (U -Shaped Bulkhead, HD Foam) through the project span from identification of need for a new component, through ideation, validation, implementation, and optimization. - Delivered on relevant departments: process, testing, materials to secure the outcome in the form of validated building blocks.

- Lead ”FiBreMoD” EU H2020 Project activities. Ensured deliverables, milestones & timely reports - Optimized & developed novel carbon / glass based hybrid NCF reinforcements and their composites - Collaborated and worked as Visiting Researcher at Imperial College, KU Leuven, and Dia-stron Ltd - Developed insights and strategies for use of hybrid composites in newer applications pertaining to wind energy, automotive, sports and leisure areas

- Visiting researcher under FiBreMoD collaborative project. - Undertook collaborative work on characterization of single fibre strengths of carbon and glass fibres from various textile processing stages. - Statistical analysis of single fibre strengths and their uncertainties.

- Visiting researcher at Aerospace Department at Imperial College London. - Development of novel thin intraply hybrid fabrics using multiaxial technology and fabrication of cross-ply composites using RTM. - Collaborative study on hybrid effect and translaminar fracture for hybrid composite materials using Compact tension (CT) tests.

- Visiting researcher at Materials Department at KU Leuven. - Characterization of textiles and composite materials. - Worked on modeling tools (Wisetex/Texcomp) for modeling of textiles and composite materials.

- Assembled experience in Project Acquisition, Project Management and leading of a Research and Development project relevant to the industry. - Worked on multiple projects from OEM’s (Nissan, VW, Honda, Mercedes) , Tier1’s (BASF, Aditya Birla, Faurecia, Hutchinson) and other industrial projects. - Acquired funding’s from various governmental programs such as EU-H2020, Bio-Economy International and those from German BMBF funding agencies.
