Technical Project Leader- MAP Team (Airbus A321-ACF DQN Launch Plateau)

1. SPOC (Special person of Contact) and Focal for TRS (Technical repercussion sheet) investigation, i-CONF advisor, ESN (Electrical Static Network) design, RDR (Request for Design Rework) Work Flow. 2. Acted as a technical expert for A350 S16-18 AFT section and also for our offshore supplier in Mexico. Deeply involved in process improvement plan to increase knowledge know-how of supplier.

1. Was responsible for entire design activity i.e from design to Release of Cable harnesses for one of the zone of A350 AFT Section. 2. Was accountable for overall quality performance of this zone/area.

1. Was designer in Electrical Wiring Installation design project for one of the zone in Airbus A350 AFT Section Upper Deck.

1. To provide solution/new concept/support for new designs or problems related to ATA 92 in the A/C including Airbus document related stuffs and this range will vary from new bracket creation or modification of existing one to new routing for existing VB or change of routing for localized area problems. 2. Involved in development of RFPs (Request for Proposal) and preparation of responses to potential RFPs.

1. To develop new Installation design for A400M in GRM(Geometrical Reference Mock Up). 2. Design and Development of various route installations starting from Upper Deck to Lower Deck. 3. Analysis of the technical change requests and technical specifications came from customer. 4. Involved in activities like Lead Generation for potential clients, preparation of responses to potential RFPs which includes detailing the scope of work, budgeting, estimating and scheduling of activities.

1. To create 3D geometry of aircraft structural components from assembly and detail drawings provided by Cessna (A Textron Company). 2. Worked in component creation for Fuselage, Wing and Empennage sections using Sheet Metal + Surface Design modules in Catia V5 & Catia V4. 3. Developing fast and accurate procedures for reoccurring processes.

1. To develop new Harness design with the placements of movable brackets and other attachment in different MSNs. 2. Was actively involved in WAVE-2, weight reduction (MSN23-MSN26), WAVE-1 all type of change numbers and BM implementation (MSN-14) projects.
