Deployed and managed application systems for Fiserv client server products. Typical deployments had a go-live time frame of one month to twelve months. These deployments included but were not limited to consulting on hardware, software, training, monitoring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure. Systems included SQL 2005 and 2008 along with standard Microsoft .Net application sets.

Facilitated multiple business and development projects including RFP’s, Statements of work and resources efforts while keeping within budgeted allowances and time to market constraints. Attained PMP level of certification sponsored by Project Management Institute. Direct responsible for scheduling, budgeting, resource management and product development for small to large scale projects. Managed department virtual server system and was responsible for weekly updates to management.

Member of Customer rapid response team to handle high visibility and critical client issues that required immediate resolution. Handled technical and business support issues, (including requirements, installations, troubleshooting and upgrades) for national clients. Designed, implemented and supported systems infrastructure for domestic and international financial product development. Worked directly with clients troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, security and business related issues.

Managed internal information systems department and work with development to bring new products and service to market. Day to day activities included client updates, weekly project status updates and resource forecastingC

Controlled eight national accounts and maintain responsibility for ten additional new national account implementations. Establish client and vendor relationships with regards to the CH Robinson core transportation product set.

Hired as a business analyst and promoted to lead engineer for various projects and groups supporting the Sungaurd software offerings. Assisted Manager of software release department to ensure projects were delivered based on project plan time-line without delays or implementations issues. Projects included change control and management, client presentations and user group planning.
