Supervise and manage firm’s operational and staff planning processes. Devise, implement and remedy these processes as necessary. Based on this created firm’s first ever internal budget. Direct and oversee the firm’s marketing and bid-and-proposal process. Streamlined procedures have resulted in several successful proposals from new and existing clients. Designed and implemented basic management information systems for company’s president.

Designed and produced the monthly Customer Profitability Report, which contains profitability and KPI information for the top 25 customers by revenue. Created a cost model of the labor force in the company’s operation in Germany. Model yields bottom-up cost per employee including productivity and seniority factors. Performed financial analysis on tenders for renewals and for new business.

Improved and managed the Airline Performance Analysis System (APAS), a flight profitability system rooted in Activity Based Costing that allocates all company expenses down to the individual flight level. Produced monthly P&L forecast model by division based on industry unit cost drivers. Model yields P&L forecast that is independent from DCO input and self-contained within finance. Created flight P&L model to analyze route profitability for specific equipment types.
