I have been working 6 years for a leading multi-national machine tool manufacturer in three different positions. I started as an assistant to an R&D executive for a product line with factories in Italy, Japan, Russia, Poland and Germany, followed by a position supervising product development of a machine tool line and finally coordinated the R&D process for the entire European half of the group. During this valuable time I have acquired knowledge about international management of development projects and political insight in inter-company strategies. Currently I am on a positions as a senior counselor at a product department of the Japanese parent company.
