    Served in the capacity of COO providing overall operations and supply chain management leadership for a 200-employee, $210 million region in the Northeast, with four distribution centers and 20 branch locations.     Appointed to a leadership role with the mandate to implement a price strategy, tools and Six Sigma initiatives that would significantly improve operating margin for this $1.5 billon distributor of electrical products; selected based on outstanding achievements in prior position. Managed seven direct reports (three price administrators; four Black Belts) with strong IT and pricing backgrounds, and directed IT resources. Earned Master Black Belt during this time period.
