Since 2012, at the very beginning of the Digital Revolution, I'm helping companies to create online services that generate recurring revenues up to 50 MLN Euros per year. Prior to that, I always applied the latest software technologies to create a competitive advantage. I’m supporting organisations in the transformation process, introducing innovation and new technologies, experience accumulated working for several large organizations using the SAFe framework. As a company ambassador and active networker, I have a natural approach in creating trusted and solid relationships with Clients and Suppliers, and in flanking individuals and teams in overcoming the resistance to change, helping them to get out from their comfort zone embracing the changes, technological and cultural, that every transformation requires.
