Okazii.ro is the Romanian copy of Ebay.com Okazii.ro was the biggest website in Romania with over 3 million unique visitors monthly. • Leaded a team of 20 people divided in 3 departments which I created: Sales, Customer support & Online Category management • Made data-driven decisions based on Google Analytics, Adwords, Trends, Business Intelligence software and Crazyegg • Generated online marketing campaigns • Responsible for managing Okazii.ro Marketplace.
