Responsible for: requirements management (internal), translating the requirements into Functional specifications, prioritising team backlog, SLA management with IT Support team. Was heavily involved in the Big Data project. Done: prepared Data Warehouse for Basel III & Factoring projects, launched CRM-related analytics pilots (including some machine learning and big data) and evaluated the results.

Responsible for: DWH data requirements gathering, working closely with Development team, Quality assurance. Done: implemented a tool for QA process automation.
