Technical support and coordination for Roaming and Interconnection services. Roaming&IW issues troubleshooting, SS7/SIGTRAN analysis with Anritsu system (MAP, CAMEL, INAP, ISUP, BICC, SIP, BSSAP, RANAP, GCP, DIAMETER, GTP, BSSGP, S1AP, SGsAP protocol analysis). Support during IREG testing (IR.24, IR.32/IR.60, IR.35, IR.50) and implementation of Roaming Partners data in network elements and also for Roaming/SMS Hubs implementations. Consulting and mentorship for Roaming and Interworking issues.

End-to-end quality control & troubleshooting for various Telekom Srbija GSM/WCDMA network services, dealing with Radio access network, Core network (CS&PS) and Service network issues in coordination with different company departments and also Roaming Partners for International Roaming and Interworking issues, communicating with Customer Cares support. Participation in the process of new services, systems and technologies implementation.

Operation and maintenance of Telekom Srbija GSM/WCDMA core network (Siemens and Ericsson MSC/VLRs, MSS/MGWs, HLRs), implementation and integration of new services and equipment.

Preparation of several designs for various telecommunication systems: - Final Design for Mobile radio system for SS Jagodina 4; - Final Designs for telecommunication equipment layout and installation for EPS SDH optical network; - Preliminary design for MFC „Ušće“ parking system; - Qatar Student Housing Concept Design - Cable TV System.
