Responsible for performing technology projects for investigation of new technologies and components and for fulfillment of work packages in development projects. Provided support and expert evaluation, conducted calculation and simulations (FEM) for design engineers with general knowledge in physics and in banknote handling for local and worldwide departments. Defined and performed tests of components and subsystems, analyzed test results and in performing failure analysis.

Design and development of products (CNC milling machines, scientific and technical devices) working from initial evaluation of theoretical designs through to development stage, prototyping, testing and then release the product to various sites. Performed calculations, simulations (FEM) and analysis for the products. Managed a team of junior mechanical designer engineers during performing of customer projects: preparation a list of requirements, review of concepts, review of 3D models and drawings.

Assembled of electrically and electronically subsystems of CNC tube bending machines. Responsible for maintenance, adjustment and commissioning of CNC tube bending machines. Developed of methods and processes of a test of the machines. Performed of tests of the machines. Responsible for creation of technical and service documentations for the machines. Support and training of customer staffs. LAN administration.

Developed of experimental devices (optomechanical, mechanical, electronic, electric). Made theoretical and experimental research. Developed of a method of nonlinearity’s determination of the registration systems of pulse optical radiation (for calibration of registration systems directly at experimental devices). Investigated photo-process by the laser induced multi-photon excited fluorescence in dye’s solutions. (an improvement of properties of two-photon excitation fluorescence microscope.)

Master of physics. Graduated with honour. Graduated work subject: “A Nonlinearity’s investigation of the registration systems of low power’s light pulses”. Two publications were made based on the work.
