Driving and manage end to end recruitment process for French market (Job advertising, sourcing, selection, HR screening, hiring process) Ensuring proper understanding of the business needs Directing, managing and monitoring the French recruitment activities, processes and team Closely cooperating with the business partners and hiring managers

Meeting recruitment needs as reflected in requisition requests across Poland Driving and manage a full cycle of recruitment activities (Raising requisitions, internal and external posting, direct sourcing & building pipeline of candidates, screening, interviewing candidates, sending recommendations, extending offers) Coordinating sourcing activities, pipeline management, university activities

Day-to-day project coordination with key client Independent contracts and business negotiations with key stakeholders Building and maintaining customer relationships, Project Coordination, Team management, Employer branding, Negotiations, Reporting, Prospection. Supervising the cooperation between the Client and Cyclad’s employees Supporting employees in HR related matters: development plans, trainings, etc. Project planning, setting milestones and on-going reviewing completion
