• Created and troubleshot inbound scenarios(IVR) through Asterisk, Elastix, FXO cards, dial plan, shell script, PHP AGI, PHP coding and mysql connection to authenticate and log customer calls based on their authentication code and connect them to operators • Configured Video calls on SIP trunk(elastix to elastix) • Created automatic outbound calls to administrators in case of detecting suspicious calls on network • Configured SMS transactions through SMS panels in different scenarios
