I am an Industrial Engineer with over twenty (20) years of senior-level management experience in Supply Chain (Procurement), continuing improvement processes, project management and strategic planning including over 5 years within the Nova Scotia Health care system. I have had the opportunity to understand broader public sector guidelines for procurement to provide visibility on action items by complex procurement projects. I Work collaboratively across key stakeholders to streamline processes for demand planning, allocation and order management that led me distribute around 80 M PPE and 22 M vaccine supplies used for administration of the COVID19 vaccination program and around 20 million Rapid Test kits since April 2020.
