• Financial auditing • Control of dispositions; mainly procurement, grant management, internal control and risk management

Key responsibilities: • Establishing the Secretariat, training and management responsibilities for the assistant • Information gathering and dissemination within the group and externally with governments and other stakeholders • Together with the Tanzanian authorities; plan and facilitate semi-annual review of the program • Implement decisions from the PRBS group's highest governing body, assisting the chair of the group in administration and monitoring • Act as liaison between donors and local authorities

• Reporting to the MFA / NORAD on macroeconomic developments and other selected issues • Anti-corruption work: Developing an anti-corruption strategy, identify and coordinate the various donor organizations' efforts to combat corruption, arranging internal and external corruption seminars • Revision of the embassy’s cooperation with the Tanzanian authorities: Responsibility to conclude the necessary contracts, coordination and reporting • General administrative duties at the embassy
