-Ensure fulfillment of orders within ADM's food & beverage product portfolio by working closely with affiliated departments -Proactivity in the order fulfillment process in terms of customer communication, delivery times & services -Actively improve department KPIs via continuous improvement cycles -Build close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders & standardize appropriate processes & service levels -Lead the responsible area through change & digital transformation(SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA).

- Creation & execution of orders for GMP & non-GMP items e.g. raw materials, consumables, services, equipment, technical products & delivery schedule monitoring - Project buyer (for Sanofi & CureVac) - Conducting price negotiations & obtaining quotations - Disposition of raw materials & consumables - Creation and maintenance of master data (SAP B1) - Invoice verification/clarification - Processing of complaints & return of materials - Creation and execution of evaluations (SAP B1 & Excel).

• Material procurement planning and material procurement (parking, chemical raw materials and consumables) • Create and execute and monitor purchase orders and dates • Calculation of the current coverage range and forecasting • Monitoring and active control of stocks • Clarify delivery problems and suggest plan changes • Master data maintenance • Create, call up contract agreements of materials • Invoice clarification • Complaint processing • Create delivery notes.

• Data quality assurance in both print and online format via SAP (MM, SD) • Data quality/content management • Content-related tasks in the development and maintenance of databases • Perform online/offline searches by collecting, structuring, recording and updating customer data using SAP
