Performed systems setup; daily backups; connectivity; hardware and software troubleshooting; network virus inoculation; and file/print/server and workstation performance and optimization, repair and configuration in a Win2000 & XP environment. Managed the company’s web service activities. Demo-ed and presented the Talisman Quality Donor System® (QDS) and QDS Plus products at tradeshows in order to increase procurement opportunities. Co-wrote the user's guides for the QDS® products.

Acted as Project Manager for the development and management of sixteen e-business portals for all zUniversity school specific student and alumni web sites. Coordinated efforts with graphics designers, content providers, database, JavaScript, and Java programmers, as well as the use of third party packages provided by Infospace, Inc., DoubleClick, Inc., and Xanga.com. Coded all related HTML, SSI, CSS files, maintained JavaScript, and designed graphics located on both alumni and student sites.

Supported/maintained 350+ node network with CITRIX, Windows NT, Novell, and Microsoft Exchange. Performed hardware and software troubleshooting related to network, workstation and virtual private network (VPN) performance and optimization. Maintained user rights and created reports using the JD Edwards enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
