I am an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist who drove clinical operations, productivity, training, and developing leaders in the U.S. Air Force for almost 11 years while providing direct patient care. It is this dynamic experience that I now use in the role of MSL - Glaucoma to bridge eye care clinical practice and the industry.

Modernized clinic with $161K equipment upgrade, full electronic process, and improved patient flow and enhanced safety precautions during COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, increased productivity 30%, managed vision occupational programs. Trained technicians and optician desiring to be an ophthalmic technician.

Elevated clinic to the Joint Commission standards and increased productivity and overall operations by 60 percent adding two additional positions and providing training to technicians and optometrist. Additionally, modernized clinic with $191K equipment upgrades.

Provided and directed patient care at four clinics (in Germany, Belgium, and The Netherlands). Coordinated school screenings and clinic marketing/advertising for available services. Procured medical technology purchases for ophthalmic care.

Provided optometric care primarily focused on military operations at two installations in South Korea

In addition to patient care I provided technician training on patient flow, diagnostic imaging, and electronic medical record keeping to improve care to patients and efficiency. Management of this clinic was the largest in the Air Force with 3 different clinics.

Full time patient care and support to ophthalmology residency program from pediatrics (8 mos) to geriatrics (94 yrs).
