As the President and Co-Founder of Web Box Solutions I offered cost-effective web solutions to assist my clients in meeting their business goals and increasing corporate revenues. Being in charge of sales allowed me to work closely with our 50 + clients while at the same time acting as a project manager.

Responsible for managing a production team. Reporting to the Operation Manager (MLM) in Engine Center, responsible for management tasks, such as training, supervising, managing schedules, assigning tasks and leading projects. • Supervise day-to-day operations; • Manage several projects (ACE, cost reduction and shop floor improvements.) • Supervise work shift changes. • Host and take part in meetings with other managers.

Responsible for providing senior leadership and key stakeholders with financial analysis, forecasting, strategic planning, and cost modeling / metrics for critical business decision making purposes. Manager of financial functions for business integrations and special projects. Participate in the creation of the oversea Indian Engineering division. • Manage multiple projects to the required timelines and within budget • Generate metrics, analyze metric output and build Business Object reports.

Ensures that technical IT projects are completed accurately, within budget, and on time. Lead the optimization of technical systems within the organization, so that those systems will successfully support business objectives. Approve work estimates, establish budgets, and communicate with the President to evaluate progress. Act as a technical liaisons with other departments, coordinating information systems throughout an organization.

Member of the implementation project team. Assistant for mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. Worked as a team member along with the Engagement Manager, Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
