“European Co-administration” Project, work on projects aimed at supporting collaboration and participation of nationals and local governments in European Union decision making process, through analysis of present scenario and emerging trends, strenghtening access to information and the elaboration of proposals. Analysis of the role of National Patliaments in european framework. “European Union – Region and Local Authorities Implementation of law 11/2005”, analysis and comment of law 11/2005.

Assistance to the Head of the Cabinet and Ministers’ political and administrative tasks. Collaboration in targets and programs’ definition and implementation. Check and examination of documents and papers. Participation at the organization of meetings and events, such as “Cultural Heritage: a Bridge Towards a Shared Future”, Second Ministerial Conference on Cultural Heritage in South Eastern Europe Venice, Italy, in collaboration with UNESCO.

Information and communication project on the future of Europe. Organization and supervision of seminars on European Union, at Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, Rome. Participation in plan and organization of CNEL, National Council on Economics and Labour, 8th and 9th session.

Work on long-term research projects and reports, critical analysis and articles on several human rights issues. Deep knowledge of international human rights law, humanitarian law and United Nations and European Union systems. Analysis of international legal standards and of other relevant international and regional instruments. Research and report on “Extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions in India” and on mercenaries.

Relation with international fairs and exhibitions, planning and supervising company participation in fair e-business (Milan, February 2001), elaboration and implementation of strategies and activities aimed at the website community.
