Successfully led global transition for LafargeHolcim’s infrastructure support operations through different phases – knowledge transition, shadow support, reverse shadow support, operational readiness and go live. Provided 24*7 support for more than 500 databases across all the three global regions for LafargeHolcim – Asia, Americas and Europe with database versions starting from 9i to 19c and SAP oracle databases. Performed MySQL, AWS RDS and MSSQL database administration activities as and when required.

Installation, upgrade and configuration done successfully for Oracle APEX(Versions:4.2,5.1) for on premises and Amazon AWS environment Designed and delivered multiple successful Oracle APEX web applications resulting in 20% increase in performance. PLSQL functions, Tables, Views, Constraints, Index, triggers, and procedures are used for backend development also extensively used the advanced features of PL/SQL like Records, Tables, Object types and Dynamic SQL.

Developed and maintained database dashboard portal in oracle apex for automation of different database daily activities e.g. schema refresh, backups, DB inventory updates etc.(Shell scripting from backend) Implemented and maintained authentication (Oracle SSO) and authorization (e.g. component level) policies for apps. Developed various web applications in oracle apex as per the internal product requirement (e.g. to automate different development and testing functionalities).

Worked extensively on Real Application Cluster (RAC) and implemented the DR solution. OEM 12c installation and configuration done for monitoring solution. Implemented Avamar (EMC) solution for backup and recovery scenarios. Monitored and supported day-to-day DBA activities (Tablespace management, user management, export-import etc ) for production, pre-production and development databases and coordinated with team members.
