The company is the second largest film producer in the world (second to Exxon Mobile), with a turnover of more than €500M and approximately 2,400 employees. Being the "right hand" of the CEO, I was involved in all managerial aspects of running the business and corporate control of subsidiaries, responnsible directly for the following: - Monthly Business Review to the Board and banks. - Managing the interface with the banks. - Leading working capital reduction project and subsidiary recovery plan.

Avni, Moshe and Co. is an Israeli leading consulting firm, providing tax planning services to blue chip customers. The work included diverse financial and tax issues: • Analysis of complicated tax issues (including international taxation), tax planning, and financial council. • Tax calculations, cash flow and financial scenario analysis under different tax rates. • Personal income tax returns, capital statement, and other statutory reports to the tax authorities.

• Fiscal and tax cases (income tax, real estate taxation etc.)- Research and preparation of legal documents. • Litigation - torts (property) and declarative relief claims.
