Design & Management of the Multi-screen digital media projects including award-winning Tivibu service. Management of the maintenance & technical support teams operators of several Tivibu related divisions in the JV.

Managing all technical parts of integration projects varying from Turk Telekom IPTV & WebTV Platforms to Deep Packet Inspection/Network Demographics in 10G networks, IP based Call Center installations in Telco Grade.

• Answered RFP and Won Turk Telekom IPTV project. o Technical Analysis, Solution Design, Pre-sales technical presentations for all components including Broadcast TV, VoD, CAS and Management. • Answered RFP and Won for DPI & Demographics project for Telecommunications Regulatory body of Turkey. o Finished Implementation, Training, Acceptance Tests. o (Sandvine Intelligent Traffic Mgmt platform and DPI in 10GE networks.) • Developed security solutions for TT Yellow Pages web service of 118/DA project.

- Designed & Developed: • telecommunications SW for LEAs. (E1 lines, SS7 protocol) • distributed DB & UI solutions for LEAs. (ETSI ASN.1, voice processing, detailed UI) • e2e VoIP call recording & archiving solution (~500K calls/day) for Turk Telekom Call Center & 118/DA project. (Active in 2004-2009, ~500K calls/day) (distributed VoIP rec., RTP, voice conferencing, passive traffic captures, DB & Web UI) - Managed & Maintained Turk Telekom Dial-up Web Accelerator (37 blades) and “web cache” servers.
