- Secure the European Commercial Interface interfaces to Market Demand Planning, Supply Planning and European Purchasing Teams (Standard Buying & Continuous Replenishment) , and Global Supply Planning, - Coordinate tasks assigned to the European Commercial Interface Team ensuring full compliance with the adidas supply chain management strategy. - Coordinate the business analyst reporting activities to ensure on-time reporting and analysis for standard KPI’s, monthly reporting, and ad hoc requests

-Validate and ensure market sales rolling demand plan consolidation and integrity across systems in order to support Supply Planning functions and to mitigate financial risks due to potential excess inventory - Assist in the development of and perform the ongoing maintenance of operational reports and KPl's to support current and future analytical needs, - Responsible for interfacing with the Demand Planning and Excess Inventory teams to support collaboration within IBM in the assosiated European Markets

Systematische und zielgerichtete Beratung der anspruchsvollen Kunden, Entwicklung von strukturierten Konzepten und Strategien zur Realisierung der individuellen Ziele der Kunden unter Berücksichtigung der steuerlichen Situation und der Absicherung von Lebens- und Vermögensrisiken, Teilnahme an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen.

Unterstützung des Projekt-Management-Teams auf regionaler und internationaler Ebene, - Unterstützung des Projektmanagers bei Bestellungen für Store Eröffnungen und Nachbestellungen, - Lieferantmanagement (regional und international) - Administrative Tätigkeiten: update der Reporting-Liste, Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Bestellungen, Erstellung von Kostenplänen, Reisemanagement, Organisation und Planung der Meeting und Conference Calls mit den jeweiligen Ländern.

Analyse des osteuropäischen Strommarktes, Untersuchung von Markteintrittsmöglichkeiten in Hinblick auf Stromexporte, Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für notwendige Investitionen sowie die Kalkulation von Investitionsvolumen und der dazugehörigen Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, Unterstützung bei der Vertrags- und Zeugniserstellung.

Erstellung von Anfragen, - Verfolgung und tabellarische Auswertung von Angeboten, - Erstellung von Bestellunterlagen, - Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen, - Zeichnungsaustausch mit Lieferanten

Abwicklung der Korrespondenz in Deutsch/Englisch, Erstellung von Präsenationen und Protokollen, Reise- und eranstalungsorganisation sowie Unterstützung in der Vertriebssachbearbeitung, Reisemanagement.
