- Product development and technical support independently of the entire product development process from the collection planning, cooperation with the design, Tech Pack development, pattern and prototype evaluation to the production sample. - Support supplier for production, follow-up entire production facilities. - Creation of technical and design sketches in collaboration with the design team. - Materials sourcing, fitting sessions and the subsequent comments, quality management, product related meeting.

- Analysis and optimization of the planned or existing manufacturing processes with regard to capacity, costs and efficiency. - Develop technical packages including specifications, fit comments, pattern correction sketches, grading rules and fabric and trim requirements within appropriate tolerances. - Constant support to production facilities abroad with the introduction of new products and series production. - Overseeing the dyeing, printing and finishing processes.

- Worked closely with Designers & Product Managers to develop the collection, planning for the season. - Liaise with technical team to ensure technical compliance of factory as per customers requirement. - Communicate and negotiate with foreign offices and international suppliers for smooth execution of orders. - Undertaking quality evaluations of materials and checking the quality of the final products in the production countries.

- Collected garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from the buyers and follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback. - Present supplier own development to buyer team and collecting orders. - Responsible for final cost negotiation and order confirmation. - Collaborate with the planning team for season plan, orders completing in right time, include forecasts for market-specific fashion trends.

- Development and production follow up from A to Z, Contact with buyer merchandising team and all. - Samples check include develop sample, PP sample, shipment sample etc, assure all sample is correct before sending. - Make comments clear between buyer and factory supplier. - Sample/production status follows up and report to concern department chief. -cost for approval, shipment arrangement etc.
