As part of the Lightspeed Support team, the post-sales product specialist is tasked with stewarding department processes and product technical content, in order to create the best first impression for our customers. Serving as a omnichannel product expert (Retail POS and eCommerce software integrated), the product specialist is responsible for introducing our new customers to the various Lightspeed customer resources, as well as training customers on specific aspects of our products.
The role includes the following activities: • Manage the collection of overdue accounts receivables • Remind customers by phone and e-mail about their outstanding amounts • Arrange payment-agreements and follow-up on them • Where required hand accounts over to debt collection agency • Report on the progress on overdue accounts • Activating and advising customers • Helping customers to become more successful
