Responsible for the definition and execution of the Company’s Information Risk Management and Information Security Strategies. Implementation of a multi-year, $20 million Global Security Program. Management of a global operational team (located in Europe, Asia/Pacific and North America) in charge of protecting information and IT systems for the group.

Responsible for the design and deployment of a Corporate University supporting the company’s people strategy. Management of a 12-person team and in charge of a $3 Million budget.

Deployment of a SAP/R3 HR solution in Russia and Ukraine. • Rollout of a SAP R/3-based HR Self-Service solution to 6000 employees throughout Europe. Remote Management of a 6-person team. Responsible for a €500 K budget.

Design and global deployment of a secure remote connectivity solution based on standard VPN technology, resulting in $1.5 Million savings year-on-year in Telecommunication costs. • Migration of the company’s European frame-relay network to a secure, Internet-based infrastructure. • Selection and global rollout of a Wi-Fi wireless solution. (Finalist of the internal “Make The Difference” 1999 award scheme, which rewards the company’s most innovative projects).

Based in the United Kingdom. Responsible for the Implementation and Support of European Business Partner connections (Architecture and design, firewall configuration, coordination of support activities with the business partner technical teams). • Team Lead for the Telecom Support Team. Deployment and support of the Internet Mail and Web Security Gateways for the European and Asia/Pacific region. Responsible for the Y2K migration for all European Firewalls.
