- To assist CEO to set up and improve the rules and process of Strategy management; - To assist CEO to compelte the yearly strategy plan for 1-3 years; - To take charge of HR department management to support business strongly;

- Take full responaibility of HR function to support business; - Take the role of professional trainer to teaching leadership course for managment persons in China; - To implement the necessary change management to improve the employee relationship;

- To the HR leader role in Great China Scope, there have 5 entities; - To integrate the five entities, set up regular management system; - To achieve the China business operating smoothly, because of some striking happened;

- Set up the team from very beginning; - Establish the rules and process to support business biginning;

- To take full responsibility of HR and Admin department; - To support the merging process after Magna Group's buyout; - To setup a proactive culture within whole organization;
